Monday Already?

Well Monday is just about wrapping up...hopefully this week passes quickly :)

The weekend was nice. I got a manicure on Saturday morning and then spent the weekend with DBF and my parents until I came back to my apartment at school. I watched what I ate but still ended up a little over points for the weekend. I'm trying to stick to just my daily points but today I was over by 2. Hopefully I can manage a loss or a STS this week again while going just a bit over in points (all on good things I might add)

Being back at school is stressful already, March is going to be a busy month. I know my exercise will take a back seat (I know, I'm bad) but I'm hoping to stay as on track as possible with respect to eating.

So that's about it for today...here's le menu:

Whole Wheat English Muffin
1 tsp light butter
1 tbsp jam
Blackberries

1 pt peanut butter bar
red pepper sticks
water

pasta
1 tsp oil
garlic
a couple tbsps of mixed cheese

1 piece of dark chocolate

whole wheat pita
hummus
green pepper sticks


mmmm carbs <3 haha that's all for today

  1. I love a good manicure! Always makes me feel great.

    Exercising when you're super busy is hard - I know exactly what you mean! You just need to do what you can. Take the stairs, walk instead of driving or taking the bus, make time for one workout each week. Your busy-stressful time will pass and you'll get back into your regular routine. You're not bad, you're just human!
